Current events; This weekend Oct 29-Nov 5th SOAR!! Spin Off Annual Retreat. If you have the chance to get out to Tahoe City this weekend, you will not be disappointed. Lots of good products, many wonderful teachers, and spinning, spinning, spinning. Judith Mackensie McCuin , the handspinning legend, will be teaching using, among other fibers, pure bison down (this is unbeliveably exciting for us.) I wish we could have made the journey, but duties around the ranch are keeping us here. Please let us know how it went!! we look forward to hearing reports. Next weekend.. back East. Lots of frequent flyer miles this time of year!! November 2-5 Stitches East We are packed and ready to go! If you are in the Baltimore area, this is one of the premier yarn and knitting event of the year. Cecil and I will be there in our last retail show, along with Andrea from Seaport yarns, and Galina w/ Skaska designs. We hope to see you there. (Any recomendations on where to find the best crab cakes will be most appreciated as well.) *Look for some amazing bison fiber specials, as we clean out the stash, and get ready for the new seasons production
